What makes us different?
We’ve modeled our program after the hit TV Show “Undercover Boss”, focused on finding valuable information about your company, both inside and outside your organization. We pose as a New Employee, Customer, Client or Supplier, in order to gather critical information about your current employee’s behavior, company procedures, employee compliance, employee policy adherence, company efficiency and company standards. We act as an inside “mole”, so to speak, using a fictitious name, much like a Secret Shopper or Mystery Shopper, only in a greater sense, encompassing not just retail industries, but with a focus on the inner workings of management and larger corporate settings. Similar to the TV show, we find that the CEO, as well as some upper management, may not know what’s really going on in their organizations, from the front lines to the back room. Armed with this valuable, hidden information, we then propose solutions and help implement them, if needed.
What we’re NOT.
We’re not police officers, legal investigators or private investigators, as the definition goes. We DO NOT perform legal investigations, such as background checks, polygraphs, witness interviews etc. We can arrange these types of services, but it’s not our focus. Our focus is to provide you with a very highly trained, BUSINESS person, having many years of experience, in many different industries and positions.
